PCBA  stands for Printed Circuit Board Assembly

PCBs are boards that connect electronic components. They are an integral part of the electronics we use in our everyday lives across a wide range of industries.
Because so many different sectors use PCBs, you can find them almost everywhere in everything such as automotive electronics, Industrial Controls Electronics, renewable energy industry, Aerospace Electronics, LED and Display devices.

 

The products of HumiSeal  are mainly used for protecting the PCB circuit board from dampness to improve the reliability of electronic device and increase the value of products.

Conformal coatings can be successfully applied to substrates that have been cleaned prior to coating and also to substrates assembled with low residue “no clean” materials. Users should perform adequate testing to confirm compatibility between the conformal coating and their particular assembly materials, process conditions and cleanliness level. 521 is specially formulated to maintain the original system balance when added to the correct coating type.

HumiSeal® Stripper 1072 is:
-it strips all HumiSeal urethane and water-based coatings.
-compliant with RoHS directive 2015/863/EU
safe for use on printed circuit board assemblies.
HumiSeal® Stripper 1072 dissolves cured HumiSeal® urethane coatings or HumiSeal® water-based acrylic coatings, without negatively affecting printed wiring board substrates or components.

-unique stripper to remove dual cure acrylated urethane conformal coating.

-is only available in the USA.
-no halogens or aromatics.
-low-volatility.
HumiSeal® Stripper 1100 is a unique stripper to remove dual cure acrylated urethane conformal coating such as UV40 family products.
HumiSeal® Stripper 1100 does not contain any halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatics or flammable ingredients. Unlike methylene chloride based products that evaporated quickly,
HumiSeal® Stripper 1100 remains on the surface to penetrate and soften the coating.
HumiSeal® Stripper 1100 will not remove or attack solder, copper, silver, gold and nickel plating.
HumiSeal® Stripper 1100 is in full compliance with the RoHS Directive (Directive 2002/95/EC).
HumiSeal Mask
TS 300
HumiSeal® TS 300 is:
-Non-flammable.
-Temperature resistant masking material.
-Pink color.
-Ability to keep contact points and connections free of coating.
-Easy removal.
HumiSeal® TS 300 is a non-flammable, high temperature, temporary mask designed for use on printed circuit boards that require masking during the conformal coating process. HumiSeal® TS 300 effectively covers and protects parts and connections where coating is not desired, and can then be peeled away easily.
HumiSeal® TS 300 contains no ammonia and will not inhibit thermal cure of silicone conformal coatings.
HumiSeal® TS 300 can withstand limited exposure to temperatures as high as 260°C.
HumiSeal Mask
UV92
HumiSeal® UV92 is:
-A soft, one part, UV curable masking material.
-A thixotropic paste
-Applied easily because of its shearing thinning viscosity profile and is 100% cured by exposure to UV to provide a temporary barrier to prevent ingress of coatings into keep out areas.
-Excellent solvent resistance that provides selective release from conformal coating.
-Ability to survive intermittent exposure to temperatures up to 150°C.
HumiSeal® UV92 is a soft, one part, UV curable masking material. HumiSeal® UV92 applies easily because of its shearing thinning viscosity profile and is 100% cured by exposure to UV to provide a temporary barrier to prevent ingress of coatings into keep out areas.
HumiSeal® UV92 has excellent solvent resistance that provides selective release from conformal coating. HumiSeal® UV92 will survive intermittent exposure to temperatures up to 150°C.
HumiSeal® UV92 is REACH and RoHS compliant and available in bulk and syringes.
