Moisture-reactive adhesives

The moisture-reactive adhesives are all single component flexible adhesives, which do not require additional mixing before use, easy to operate and can be applied to a wide range of materials; some of the products have excellent adhesion to difficult-to-adhere materials such as PP, and do not require surface treatment of the substrate before use. The product is solvent-free, organic tin-free, no low molecular siloxane precipitation, low VOC content, and meets the requirements of GB33372-2020.

 

In addition to its own brand, Tex Year is also a professional agent of Japan KONISHI, Japan CEMEDINE and other moisture-reactive adhesives with high reliability and superior impact, vibration, heat, low temperature, water and aging resistance after curing.

 

Currently there are two main types of moisture-reactive adhesives, MS adhesive and PUR.

  • MS glue|also known as modified silane, moisture curing adhesive at room temperature, the glue is flexible, impact and vibration resistant; does not precipitate low molecular siloxane, will not cause poor circuit contacts, can be used in the electronics industry; some products have good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, flame retardant properties, suitable for electronic displays, battery housings, electrical, electronic product assembly bonding.
  • PUR|also known as moisture curing hot melt adhesive, hot melt moisture curing adhesive, good initial adhesion strength, suitable for use in automated industrial operations; excellent weather resistance, good water resistance, suitable for sealing outdoor products.
